THE OPPORTUNITY

Soon after launching the Thrive consumer advertising campaign, that increased membership from 9,000,000 to 10,000,000 in 14 months, Kaiser Permanente realized the opportunity to tell the robust Total Health story to all stakeholders. We created internal brand guidelines to create relevant stories about Total Health products and services for members, employees, employers, partners and the communities that Kaiser Permanente serves. Take a look at selected examples from the Brand Handbook used to educated over 160,000 employees.
