C9 Inc. was a SAAS late stage startup positioned for acquisition. Our opportunity was to create a partner and influencer marketing plan to accelerate C9’s acquisition strategy. 


We leveraged Salesforce, IBM Watson and Linkedin partnerships to create differentiation for C9 Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Analytics Apps resulting in a 14% increase in lead-to-customer conversation rate. C9 Inc. was acquired by Inside in April of 2015.

We recommended a marketing plan, content and an editorial calendar that evolved each quarter based on lead nurturing and sales conversion.  Product and service messaging was designed to evolve based on new success proof points and upgrades to products including Forecast Precision and Sales Advisor.
